Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
By creating an account or paying for a plan with Kaikaran you agree to these terms.
2. The service
We provide scheduled property visits, photo and report delivery, request handling, quotations and related concierge services for the properties you register. We act as your caretaker; we are not a broker, and we do not handle property sale, purchase or power-of-attorney matters.
3. Plans and payment
- Plans are priced by property size band and billed monthly or yearly. A yearly term carries a discount shown at checkout.
- Prices exclude GST unless stated. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
- You can pay by UPI, card, net banking, PayPal or bank transfer as offered at checkout.
- Plans renew on the renewal date. We remind you 30, 7 and 1 day before. If a payment fails, the plan moves to due and then a grace period before it lapses.
4. Quotations and repairs
Every quotation is approved by the firm owner before you see it. No work starts until you accept. Repairs are billed at actual cost with the vendor receipt, and any markup is shown as a separate line.
5. Your responsibilities
Give accurate property and contact details, tell us who holds the keys, and make sure we may enter the property. You are responsible for the lawful use of the property.
6. Our commitments and limits
We aim to respond to urgent requests within 4 hours. This is a service target, not a guarantee. We are not liable for loss caused by events outside our control such as flood, fire or third-party failure, or for indirect loss. Taxi, ambulance and event services are subject to the partner terms and insurance shown at booking.
7. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Audit logs and visit photos may be used as evidence of the condition of your property.
8. Cancellation and exit
You may request cancellation at any time; it takes effect at the end of the paid period and is approved by the firm owner. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pathanamthitta have jurisdiction.
